Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send the product back directly.

Situations where a full refund will not be granted

Books with obvious signs of use.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us a message through the CONTACT section and we will let you know where to send the product.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase.

Return shipping

To return a product, contact us through the CONTACT section and we will provide the address where it should be sent.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
